SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is only available to clients within South Africa. No international delivery will be entertained. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via The Courier Guy with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have a return within 7 days, we are happy to replace your item, but shipping costs will be for your account. We try our best to source and/or manufacture the best quality for the best price. We suggest that you do not shower, bath or swim with any of the jewellery. Please see our jewellery care guidelines for more information. We do not replace items where the stones have fallen out or the gold plating has rubbed off. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount paid back to you. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@randereejewellers.com. Please take note that watches need to be returned with the guarantee book, the watch box, as well as any links that may have been removed. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to Randeree Jewellers error, will not be accepted. All items to be returned can only be done in-store. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Any orders put through that have not been paid for will not get processed and therefore it is not necessary to cancel any unpaid order. Cancellation of orders that have been paid for where processing has already begun, will be charged a 10% admin fee. Orders for personalized manufactured items cannot be canceled.
